Greg Peyser is a serial entrepreneur and multi-stage investor with a track record spanning technology, real estate, mortgage lending, and early-stage venture. Holding a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University, Greg has founded two companies, served on two boards, and deployed capital across eight investments — from seed to Series B. As Principal at TGP Ventures LLC, he has backed companies that went on to win landmark government contracts, form strategic brand partnerships, and achieve pre-IPO scale. Having facilitated over $200 million in mortgage lending, Greg combines deep capital markets expertise with hands-on real estate experience — including high-end residential development, notably an 8,000 sq ft estate in Park City, Utah.
Jake Arnold is a seasoned business operator with deep expertise across real estate, digital marketing, and healthcare customer acquisition. A graduate of Baylor University with a B.A. in Sociology, Jake has completed more than $75M in real estate transactions as a Realtor with Equity RE Luxury Group, built high-end homes, and founded businesses spanning gallery arts, digital media, and growth advisory. As Managing Director of Silver Mountain Ventures, he oversees marketing strategy and business development across multiple verticals. Having sold over $50 million in digital advertising, Jake's commercial career spans Alliance Health Networks — where he progressed from Account Manager to Director of Business Development over six-plus years — through his role as VP of Sales at AdPrime Media, where he was hired to build out their lead gen platform from the ground up, delivering a precision command of lead generation, media buying, and enterprise sales management.
